Hey hey Cosplay coordinator ? Martin here =D  , Bellerosecon 2010 is coming down very soon soooo you may want to know what the rules are this time ! Don't worry though its pretty much the same as last year so don't be worried :3

Entry Fee: The Cosplay Contest held at this festival requires a $2 sign up fee. If you are performing in a group, each group member still has to pay $2 each. This fee will go towards the prizes for the cosplay winners and the fundraiser.

EARLY REGISTRATION DATE DEADLINE IS October 13th, 2010 Wednesday

If you are cosplaying in a group, please only email ONE registration form under one person's name. (If you are going solo, you do not have to fill out the group member's area).

We have a limited amount of slots available. Priority is given to pre-registrated contestants; the remaining slots will be available for onsite sign up the day of the festival.

Ok now onto one piece of  CRUCIAL INFORMATION
This time you must email me heartcrossedsanctuary@hotmail.com the Registration Forms http://www.bellerosecon.com/cosplay_signup_2010.doc and I will contact you back when I have confirmed your spot. Please TITLE the email *bellerosecon 2010 cosplay contest entry* make sure you include the registration form in the email.

And once again you may contact me if any problems or questions arise, don't worry I don't bite :3.

Hello! Everyone! Vendors and Swap Meet sign up for Bellerose Festival will open this coming Thursday Sept 9th, 2010 at 5:00pm MST. Remember, we take applicants on a first come first serve basis!

Swap Meet:
Cost per one Swap Meet participant = $10
2 x high school sized desks (24" x 18")
Allowed goods: Old, used merchandise, hand made merchandise, etc.; not for retail sales

Vendors:
Allowed goods: Hand made merchandise, retail sales

Thank you all soooooo much for everyone who came and participated in East meet West despite the horrid weather! We are grateful to see fellow cosplayers to brave this weather in that wind, and artists fending their works from the rain! There has been a lot of confusion with the dates for Bellerose Festival.

There are TWO events this year:

Mini Bellerose Festival at the East Meets West Cultural Event:
Date: This Saturday August 28th
Time: 11:00am - 6:30pm
Location: Chinatown 97street
Events: Artist alley, maid cafe, cosplay

There are no vendors table sign up for the mini Bellerose Festival this Saturday.
Artist Alley is FULL.

Date: Saturday October 16th
Time: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Location: Bellerose Composite High School
Events: TBA

Vendors and swap meet sign up will be announced early September.
Artist alley is FULL. Please sign up if you want to be put on waiting list.
