Why are you holding this festival?
This anime festival is dedicated not only to raising money for a worthy cause, but to those who enjoy anime/manga. Check out the About section for more information.

Who is in charge?
The festival will be run by the members of the Bellerose Anime Club, Tenshi, aluminis and volunteers. These will be the people running the events. On the day of the festival, you can identify them by the volunteer labels that they will wearing on their shirts. If you need assistance they will be glad to help.

Who is eligible to attend?
Anyone who wants to come is most certainly invited. No matter if you are young or old, you are welcome any time! Please come out and show your support~!

Will there be supervisors?
Yes. The main supervisors will be Bellerose's Japanese teacher Mr. Scott Coffin and other Bellerose graduate volunteers. They will be present throughout the entire festival and will be available for any questions you may have. Since this is a public event, we advise you to be at your best behavor. Failure to comply could lead us to escort you out of the building. We all want to have a great time, so please respect the festival and the people there.

Are there events that will cost money to be in?
Yes. The entrance fee covers for all the free events that occur in the festival, but certain events require an extra fee for you to participate in. eg: The Cosplay Contest has a sign up fee if you wish to participate in the contest. Areas such as the Artist Alley and Concession cost money, but you are not obligated to buy anything. Check out the Events section for more information.

Why is there an entrance fee and why do some of the events cost money?
The entrance fee and the money you pay at certain events will be used to cover the base cost to run this festival as well as go towards a worthy cause.

There will be donation boxes at the front information desk for any donations people would like to make. If you do not want to donate money directly, you can always participate in certain events which require money; the money spent at these events are also considered as a donation.

Will I be required to donate money?
No. Though it would be greatly appreciated if you could donate in the designated donation boxes. Also, a portion of any money that is spent at the festival is considered a donation.

Yes. Various foods such as sushi, cookies, noodles, etc will be available as well as the vending machines and water fountains, which are located throughout the school. We will also be getting the cafeteria kitchen fuctional this year! The Maid Cafe will also be a nice little place for refreshments~ Yes, it will cost money. The food will be prepared by the staffs and volunteers of Bellerose, hence some of the money made will be donated to a worthy cause.

Will there be parking spaces available?
There are two parking lots located at Bellerose. Volunteers and supervisors will be parking in the Teachers Parking Lot (located to the right of the school). Those attending the festival are to park in the Students Parking lot (left side of school) and any outlying area that is not infringing on a residence.
