- COSPLAY - Cosplay, also known as costume play or costume dress up, is a very popular activity which anime lovers participate in during anime conventions. Cosplayers dress up as their favorite anime/manga/video game characters and can participate at the anime convention's Cosplay Contest. Come out and show off your costumes! Cosplay Rules and Regulations: Bellerose Student Anime Festival (BSAF) attendees taking part in Cosplay, whether for Contest purposes or leisure, must adhere to all restrictions and regulations outlined in this document. Volunteers will be on duty to ensure cosplaying attendees comply with the following rules; however, BSAF staff will be available to consult with final decisions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the confiscation of weapons, props, disqualification, and/or an order for attendee(s) to vacate the premises of BSAF. ---> Download General Cosplay and Cosplay Contest Rules and Regulations <--- Cosplay Contest Registration: Pre-registration deadline: 11:59PM (MST) OCTOBER 22, 2009 Please email Vivi the Registration Form with your information.
