There has been a lot of confusion with the dates for Bellerose Festival.

There are TWO events this year:

Mini Bellerose Festival at the East Meets West Cultural Event:
Date: This Saturday August 28th
Time: 11:00am - 6:30pm
Location: Chinatown 97street
Events: Artist alley, maid cafe, cosplay

There are no vendors table sign up for the mini Bellerose Festival this Saturday.
Artist Alley is FULL.

Actual Bellerose Festival:
Date: Saturday October 16th
Time: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Location: Bellerose Composite High School
Events: TBA

Vendors and swap meet sign up will be announced early September.

Q&A
Tables are 8x3, if it is your first time selling at an artist alley like this I highly recommend to share a table with another artist.

One table is only $20, if you're sharing a table with another artist then it would be $10 from each of you, or one artist pays the whole share (totally up to you what you do).

You will have to pay at the front desk when you enter. Artist Alley will be located on the second floor and tables will be arranged by numbers (map will be posted up in the future). If you would like switch tables with someone feel free to do so.

Set up time will be at 9:00AM, that gives you an hour to set up before the convention opens.

If you want to update your contracts in the future just send me an e-mail with the subject named "Contract update", and tell me what you've updated.
